  • Booking & Reservations - Appointments are subject to availability. - Advance booking is recommended, especially on weekends and holidays. - A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
  • Cancellation & Refund Policy - Late cancellations (usually within 24-48 hours) may incur a fee. - No-shows may be charged the full service price. - Refunds are typically not provided for completed services unless due to spa error.
  • Arrival & Late Policy - Clients are advised to arrive at least 15-30 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
  • Health & Safety - Guests with medical conditions (e.g., pregnancy, allergies, skin conditions) should inform the spa before treatment. - The spa may refuse service if a condition poses a risk to the client or staff.
  • Payment Methods - Cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments are usually accepted.
  • Age Restrictions - Minors (under 18) may require parental consent for certain treatments.
  • Code of Conduct - Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may lead to service termination without a refund.
  • Gift Vouchers & Packages - Vouchers may have an expiry date and are non-refundable. - Special packages may have specific terms (e.g., non-transferable).
